About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our commercial sales and marketing initiatives. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing our brand presence, and expanding our global market reach. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing innovative sales strategies, acquiring and managing high-profile clients, and positioning our organisation at the forefront of the industry.

About you:

Key requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong experience in strategic marketing, digital marketing, and brand development.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a background in managing and mentoring teams.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and drive business development.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in the events or festival industry.
  • International sales experience particularly in the creative or educational sectors and familiarity with global markets.
  • Knowledge of public relations and media strategy.
  • Multilingual abilities.
