- Proven track record in B2B sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong experience in strategic marketing, digital marketing, and brand development.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a background in managing and mentoring teams.
- Ability to analyse market trends and drive business development.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in the events or festival industry.
- International sales experience particularly in the creative or educational sectors and familiarity with global markets.
- Knowledge of public relations and media strategy.
- Multilingual abilities.
