About the role:
As our Development Officer in our Development (Fundraising) Team, you will be responsible for seeking out, identifying and securing financial support from a range of a wide range of funding streams. You will also develop and strengthen relationships with existing funding partners cultivating and stewarding long lasting and high-level relationships.
About you:
- Proven experience in a fundraising, sponsorship environment
- Experience of creating successful funding applications and cases for support.
- Hold a good working knowledge across one or several funding streams – particularly interested in candidates with trust funding experience
- Pro-active, enthusiastic, target driven to play a key role in delivering the organisation’s fundraising targets.
- A flexible, creative and collaborative approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and multi-task while working under pressure.
