About the Role:

This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth ticketing experience for our diverse range of events, providing outstanding customer service, and efficiently managing financial transactions.

You will be responsible for leading the box office team, overseeing operations during both pre-festival and festival periods, and ensuring effective management of booking lines and in-person sales and managing all customer ticketing enquiries from the website. You'll collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Manager to implement and maintain our ticketing system, address customer service concerns, and oversee the box office sales team (approximately 3 people).

About You:

  • You are a dynamic individual with proven experience in customer service and team supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with excellent communication skills .
  • Experience in ticketing operations is essential, ideally in a Festival or live events environment.
  • Experience of using Spektrix software is highly desirable. 

This role has normal working hours but will require flexibility during the festival run in and live period, including some weekend working and unsocial hours.
